🌿key responsibilities
  • Pilot Tocco’s user acquisition strategy: You are responsible for developing and executing result-driven user acquisition strategies. As a B2B marketplace, it is crucial to acquire qualified suppliers of alternative materials as well as buy-side users to make it work.
  • Lead generation and conversion: You are in charge of orchestrating the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers but also to increase the engagement of existing subscribers to potential upsell.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute result-driven sales strategies, targeting potential leads, establishing connections, and closing deals to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring longevity and mutual growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, potential opportunities, and areas of growth to inform and refine sales strategies.
  • Networking: Represent Tocco at industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities, effectively promoting our brand and building valuable relationships that can lead to potential partnerships or sales.
  • Sales Training and Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales materials, pitches, and processes are up-to-date, effective, and aligned with the company's vision.

🧑‍🎨 what you bring along
  • Language: Full fluency in English. Knowledge of French / ASEAN languages gives you an edge. Additional languages are always a plus.
  • Sales Dynamo: You have a track record of successful sales, understanding the intricacies of client relationships, market trends, and growth strategies.
  • Digital marketing: You master the acquisition channels of digital marketing (SEO web SEO, SEA advertising campaigns, Social Networks, display and growth hacking). You must master marketing and hacking tools (Google analytics, LGM, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, Drop contact, Phantombuster, etc.)
  • Communication skill: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the prowess to engage and persuade potential leads and partners.
  • THE DRIVE: You genuinely care about and deeply think about sustainability, material innovation and/or climate, and you are interested in entrepreneurship.
  • Cherry on the top:
    • You have worked in a startup / lean environment before; and you take initiatives and thrive under less structured organisations
    • If you happen to be in Paris (or keen to relocate); otherwise we are committed to building a remote-first team, and we will just need to be sure to do the most stringent carbon removal after the regular in-person team gatherings 😇
    • You like to get sh*t done, and understand that nothing ever created is perfect, and that action + momentum > perfection.
