Job Summary
A UX Designer will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure associated with a product in a way that is attractive and convenient for users. As the UX Designer, you will focus on creating interactive programs that enhance a customer's experience with a brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience using various forms of digital and web media.
Responsibilities
- Distill requirements, develop concepts, and translate them into user flows, mock-ups, and web-app prototypes with cutting-edge interactions
- Develop intuitive, user-centered, and user-friendly interfaces from product requirements
- Articulate design intent to the product team and other stakeholders
- Collaborate within the design team to raise the quality bar and continuously improve design processes, principles, and tooling
- Craft valuable and high-quality work without sacrificing speed
- Do branding design
- Create social media collaterals (Twitter, LinkedIn, PPT decks)
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in Product Design (including web applications/digital products)
- A great online portfolio of work demonstrating design thinking, design processes, and solutions for web and mobile applications
- Trained in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, User-Centered Design, or similar disciplines
- Master at Figma
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Strong design thinking and human-centric problem-solving
- Ability to present and articulate ideas
- Proactive attitude, ensuring product quality and progress
- Ability to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills
Bonus points
- Experience in a technology-focused startup or agency is a plus
- Knowledge of the web3 industry
